  • How do I place an order?
    There are 3 ways to do this: - Order online on our website - Order through our Instagram page - Visit our stockists in-person here
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept credit cards, Payme and FPS. All relevant information will be present at checkout. If you are using Payme or FPS, please send us a screenshot of the completed transaction at and we will confirm receipt.
  • What is your return policy?
    All Puppermint sales are deemed final and unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have any concerns over the product you received, please reach out to us at
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Puppermint is based out of Hong Kong and currently only distributes to Hong Kong and Macau. However, we are happy to send our products to you from Hong Kong. DM us to know more about shipping rates and import regulations of your country.
  • How much does shipping cost?
    For all Hong Kong orders, we offer free shipping for any purchase over HK$350. Anything under that amount will incur a HK$30 shipping fee. For international orders, please contact us at for a price quote and information on import regulations to the designated country.
  • When will my order ship?
    Your order will be processed in 1-2 business days* after payment, and you’ll receive an email with tracking information when your order leaves our warehouse. Please note that orders placed on the weekend will be processed the following week.
  • How long will it take to arrive?
    It usually takes us about 1-2 days to process orders at our warehouse. Once it is lovingly handed off to the SF Express Team, it typically takes around 1-2 business days to arrive to your door in Hong Kong. If you need your items urgently, you may also consider visiting our retail partners in-person.
  • What if my order arrived damaged?
    Shipping can be tough on boxes. We intentionally ship products without any excess packaging, which usually works out just fine but sometimes results in a scratch or two. If you’re unhappy with the way your order arrived, or your product was damaged beyond use, please email us right away to and we’ll get that fixed.
  • I received the wrong product or something is missing, what do I do?

  • Where do the ingredients for the Supplements come from?
    From Europe across Asia, to North America, we source the world for high quality, human grade ingredients.
  • What is the shelf life of Puppermint Supplements?
    All our supplements are free of preservatives. We recommend using them within a year of manufacturing date.
  • Do you use preservatives in your supplements?
    Nope, all our preservatives are preservative free.
  • How long do Puppermint Sprays last for?
    We recommend using them within a year of manufacturing date.
  • Do you use preservatives in your sprays? Why?
    Yes, we do! Preservatives are an important part of ensuring that your product remains safe for use—and any formula containing water must contain preservatives to prevent bacteria from growing, especially in hot and humid climates like Hong Kong. However, not all preservatives are the same. We’ve elected to only work with safe and effective preservatives like ethyhexylgylcerin.
